Paradigm has retained its preferred development partner status after having its four-year development offer accepted by the HCA This means that we will continue to provide new affordable properties to meet the current acute shortage of homes. Our housing development programme is expected to provide approximately 450 new homes in the coming year.
Paradigm is committed to developing sustainable homes and communities that have minimal impact on the environment. Birchway eco-community in Hayes, for local people on Hillingdon's housing register, has been completed and has won several awards.
